During the course of working with a coach, there may be a need for some one-on-one in-office training with a team member. If the coach and dentist determine one team member needs some specialized training in a particular area, an executive coach will work with that person to reach mastery. We will do training on scheduling, collecting fees, the recare system, standard of care, financial arrangements and much more.
